The overwhelming #1 response was send em sooner and you will sand them yourselves...
BUT a very nice suggestion was made, to make a survey and send it out.
In an effort to please as many people as possible, I will do this :)
the survey will go out soon with 2 options (send em as is, or sand em and ship later)
On another note, I am waiting on tensor quotes... and I still need to print the single sheet of instructions for you all (which is like a 20 minute trip to a print shop)

Hey,
The vibratory finisher takes about 4 hours to do less than 20 picks and has a tenancy to bend some of the thinner picks (like the king and queen picks). I decided to sand them by hand and I spent about 7 hours yesterday sanding picks and I have... less than 100 done :(.
At this rate it is extremely unlikely that I could make the shipping date.
I propose to you a choice:
Option 1: I can ship them to you easily in early August (waiting on tensors) if you sand them yourselves (it's a simple process).Option 2: I can ship them to you several months late (possibly Jan 2018 or later).
Option 3: I can sand and ship them as I finish them. I do not like this option as some people would get them on time while others would be waiting months. I would go by backer number for this...
I will give you guys time to respond, you can respond in a reply here, or on the main campaign, or by PM, or email, or phone call, snail mail, drive by chat, or however you like. I will tally what I get and let you all know the final decision in... let's say a week.
Also, if you have any other bright ideas, let me know.

I picked up the cut picks today. They are in my basement awaiting the finisher ;)
I have 18 unanswered surveys. I will have to email each of you individually but I cannot ship to you unless I have your address.
I will also have to close the surveys soon. Lets say... Friday. sure, Friday I will close the surveys this will lock in your orders and your addresses and take your money. So get your addresses and orders correct so I can start shipping packages as soon as I finish finishing the picks.
I dont wanna jinx anything, but I may be able to ship early if all goes well.

They cutter has uncoiled my steel and is prepairing to cut. I will have to lock down the surveys when I recieve the cut picks.
There are 19 surveys still out. I cant ship without that info, so please get those in to me.
